This website is a tool for civil society actors in Asian countries and in Europe to follow the discussions on the programming of European Community aid to Asian countries (see Country Updates). Indeed the European Commission is currently programming its assistance to the four regions in Asia for the next 7 years period (2007-2013).

This site aims to share information on this process. It brings together information from the European Commission and from the negotiations in particular countries. It is intended as a tool that can be used to ensure that the programming process is transparent and accountable.
